Hi, I’m Jessie.

When I was in year 6, I wrote a speech about how much I hated ads (how dare they interrupt my Australian Idol viewing, IYKYK). The irony is I won the public speaking competition and I now work in advertising. I tell myself it’s because I’m a passionate person who wanted to make more interesting ads that less people despise. But it’s probably got more to do with me not knowing what to do with a $20k communications degree… Anyway, here we are. I've been honing my craft as a copywriter for the past four years, on Gadigal Land in Sydney, Australia. From making cannons that explode Shapes flavoring to writing funky jingles for a super company, I love making work that solves real problems with creativity. Hopefully 11-year-old me would be proud.
